@Hot Wet Nobel Laureates, most of the badge packs on the workshop usually require a second manual download. If there is a workaround for that, I will gladly implement it. Also, I'd like to apologize for the lack of updates/fixes on this mod but I've been working on other projects.

I kinda hope someone releases a fixed version of this mod, so I don't have to manually downloading the pack whenever I want to use the badges.

@jmmatyja04 Did you copy the link in the alternate installation guide? If so, I added a slash to the beginning of the 'https' part so it would actually show up so try removing the slash if you hadn't already. I just checked mediafire and the file is still there.

What can I do if it's not working?

I got the mod, but somehow it's not working. I don't see the badges the mod gives, basically. Any ideas how to make it work?

@EveryNightxRiot I actually updated the zip file and the tutorial but what you need to do is download the new Zip File and you'll find two folders in there, one with the name 'Bin' the other with the 'Data'. You open up the bin folder in there followed by 'profiles' and then you'll see a folder by the name of 'Badges'. You want to copy that folder and put it in your HomeworldRM\Bin\Profiles folder. After that you'll want to open the 'Data' folder in the zip file and copy the folder inside that goes by the name 'Badges' and then you'll want to paste it in your HomeworldRM\Data folder. Then you just open up Homeworld Remastered and/or Homeworld 2 Remastered and you should be good to go. If you're still having issues please let me. Because I'm hoping that the minor updates I've made will fix it.

@EveryNightxRiot I've been continuing my attempts to find a solution and/or the actual source of the problem. Just for clarification though, what do you mean by the badges not being there? Are you saying they aren't appearing in the menu where you choose the colors and/or badges of your fleet for skirmishes OR are they not showing up on the ships themselves?

hey @Vent Xekart i have a friend who just got this game and i told him about this mod and he is having the same problem i was i told him to install it from the web like you said but he thinks he's going to get a virus or something. I was just wondering if you could please find out what is causing this problem and if you have the time fix it.

@EveryNightxRiot Did you download and extract the contents of the zip file listed in the alternate download link while also remaining subscribed to this item on the workshop? If so and you're still having issues I'll take a look into it. If not, then I suggest you download the file from the alternate link (You can find it in the description of the Youtube Video above and/or in the 'Alternate Installation Guide' pinned abovem just make sure you remove the slash at the beginning of the link.) and extract everything as per the instructions in the guide.

@Commander-LVJ It's the emblem of the Resistance from the sequels. It's essentially the same as the emblem for the Rebel Alliance, I may have added it for shiggles now that I think about it.

So if you don't have the rebel badge then what is the fourth badge in the fourth row of the second last picture you posted? or is that from another mod you just happened to have running at the time? Because that might explain a couple of things to be perfictly honest...

@Commander-LVJ No I don't have the emblems for the Rebel Alliance, the Galactic Empire, and/or the Zann Consortium. I believe that Dr. Northy's Sci-Fi Emblem Collection has them though.

Also, I am well aware that the insignia of the Combine for Half-Life 2 comes in the color red, in fact I actually extracted a couple more decals from Half-Life 2 (Including Episode 1 and 2) but they need to be cleaned up a little. I haven't had time to do so over the past couple of months because I've had course work to get done. Nevertheless though, I do plan on getting back to work on them during winter break.

Question: I see the rebel symbol from star wars do you have the imperial (and perhaps the zenn consortium (from empire at war forces of corruption)) symbol as well?

P.S. did you know that the combine symbol from half life 2 also comes in red? and that if your interested there are LOTS of addons for garry\s mod that come with TONS of other symbols related to half life as well?;)

@Banana Man, I'm actually planning on trying to dig up some of the decals from HL2 and Portal so I can use them as badges for this pack.

1 badge for portal, yet 50 for bionicle? No hate torwards the badge pack or the fandoms it makes reference to, but maybe try to expand the content a little.

@OverlordMGC You just subscribe to the addon and all of the badges will be available to use when you customize the appearence of your ships in skirmish mod of Homeworld and/or Homeworld 2: Remastered. However if you want to use said badges in multiplayer, I'll have instructions on how to work with that.

When you download the file from the alternate link, you need to copy the 'badges' folder from the zip file and then past it in 'Homeworld\HomeworldRM\Bin\Profiles'. Then the badges will work.
