Seems like such a simple idea when compared to other mountain tile requirements. THis mod is great.

From the direct download? Just unzip the folder into your Documents\My Games\Civilization 5\MODS folder

If you mean just through steam, just hit subscribe and wait on the mods selection screen until it downloads. (Takes a few minutes for any new mods you subscribe too.) If it doesn't download, delete the contents of your cache folder.

How do you install?

Yeah, you actually don't want your city right next to your observatory because of light pollution. Hilo has to have special street lights to not interfere with Mauna Kea.

Well yeah, it HAS been done before, but I can't seem to find that one anymore. This is cool, and thank you.

Hi!

To the person who said "this mod has been done before", then proceeded to rate down the mod, and then deleted their comment:

1) The only one I could find at first was one that changed the yield of the observatory, and I didn't want that. I uploaded it here to share with a few friends.
2) I wanted my own, because it's like 2 lines of xml.
3) If you don't want it, don't download it. But downvoting simply because it's been done before is an asshole thing to do.
