Yes, the "Map Size Multiplier" lets you increase/decrease the whole map scale. : )

After playing some matches on this map, i think that it is too small.
In Settings/MapSettings there is a "Map Size Multiplier" slider.
It would be awesome if you could update the map with a 1.5 value ^^.
