enhances damage and movement speed by 1.5 and 1.2 respectively.
Using any special while transformed will restart the 7 seconds cooldown.

-The mentioned effect is removed if the character is on the ruins, this was made because ruins exploration takes time and for atrium battle, if you get out of the ruins the damage will return.

Warren still can be played in monster and half monster, it doesn't have any health drain, just when it reaches to 0, also, caves sanity loss isn't that bad, and Warren has less insanity drain from monsters yet not from caves, it's pretty easy to collect sanity items and it doesn't spoil so fast, yet, I understand your issue, mostly because I wasn't so cave-player during the code idea, Warren has less drain form monsters and it gets a bit fast if he's transformed, I'll be checking how much drain per second is the health, but if you want a tip, here's the tip, if you have no sanity eat a cooked green mushroom, that will give 15 of sanity, and you just consume one, keep saving for the hard times, but since the new ruin boss and all stuff which drains like a lot of sanity, I was thinking about revert it, or just disable this on caves.
