Hope the footstep sounds could be fixed, it sounds like distant walking is up-close

@Pee Sniffing Chimp I don't think there would be a way to replace every single modded weapon sound. There could be maybe? Make a script for a specific weapon base that checks if its a pistol ar shotgun etc. Then use the right sound for it. However it'd be probably a bad method. That can't check what gun it is. Only the weapon type. So your ak would sound like the m4 etc. Or you could just replace every modded weapon on the workshop manually. But I don't think anyone wants to do that.

could you make a mod that replaces all weapon sounds including modded weapon sounds? like a realistic gun pop sound that irl guns make. or does it need to be custom for each gun?

New update that makes further improvements. I plan to upload a video showing off the new version, but I sadly don't have an ETA on when that will be

I do kinda wish though, that you'd have kept the old shotgun sound effects from the previous version since I LOVED those so much as they sounded extremely powerful.

Ooooooohhhhh the guns sound so much more epic now! Granted, I loved the old sounds, but the new ones sound more crisp, clean, and definitely sound accurate to the power of each gun. I really love them all.

There is a loud screeching noise whenever I am switching weapons and at other times as well. Is there a fix for this?

Reload sounds for the pistol sound very heavy metallic aswell. Its a tiny pistol, it wont do such screaky metal sounds when reloading.
You'd be surprised how a tiny pistol has a screaky metal sound(s). It can be due to many reasons.

ar2 sounds like a very generic gun now.

SMG is too sharp

The weapon sounds for most of them feel so heavy. Like the pistol and the smg.

i wanted to get a reskin so i disabled this mod and it will not go away

They're meant to be a tiny bit louder, but I tried my best to keep the volumes generally consistent with the respective default sounds. When i have time, I'll see what I can do as far as making them quieter

Is the mod ment to be more louder too? I love the gun sounds but I have to keep the volume low :L

there's a few sounds from other games and packs, but not a lot. the rest were made by me
