the link in the description leads you to the original unique building. RICO-settings should be done by everyone on their own, i think. because everyone has different wishes about what uniques should "become" with RICO and how many people work there etc.

Very nice but it would fit much better in Commercial. Can you make it RICO compatible? It's very unique building so I'd like only one in my city rather growable.
