The stairs themselves look great, but the one thing that I notice is that they don't create a gap in the railing of the road. This makes them look somewhat odd. This needs a bit more work, but it's otherwise a really good starting point.

For some reason when i try placing these stairs and overhead roads, the stairs are a few notches too low, it looks as if they line up with the bottom of the elevated road surface.
Terrain is flat, i dont know why its doing that. Aint lining up to either 9m or 12m roads.

Yes. It is "More Network Stuff" by BloodyPenguin. It is needed when modding. It is not needed when using in-game.

While I see the stair variants listed under "parks", you reference a "pedestrian connection surface" in your images. I can't seem to find it anywhere; is it a mod?
