I'll try to find the time....
The open and closed box should have the same dimensions and use same UV map. So what works with open should work with closed. I'll can take a look, but cannot promise a quick response. I probably have to work this weekend with my RL job, and that leaves very little time for anything else. I'll try to sqeeze this into my schedule somewhere...
Meanwhile, did you try to scale the open box separately? The tuckbox is a stated object. Thus each state is an object of its own. I do not sure if the scale changes are automatically inherited from state to state. It might be that you need to scale each state separately....
Doesn't hurt to try if you haven't tested it yet.
Sorry i meant lkke how do i customize the box itself?
To open a box:
- Point at it and press: 2
- Or Point at it, right-click and choose state number 2
- Or point around the center of the box until you see a red button. Double-click the red button.
To close a box:
- Point at it and press: 1
- Or Point at it, right-click and choose state number 1
- Or point around the center of the box until you see a red button. Double-click the red button.
When box is closed (state 1):
It is just a box. Does nothing.
When the box is open (state 2):
Box acts like a TTS bag, you can put stuff into it by dragging and dropping.
You can take out stuff just like from a TTS bag, by pointing at the box and pushing left mouse button down and then drag out of it.
And congrats for having come up with the 64th possible way to misspell my nickname. :P
Is it possible that you maybe make an open version of this model too? So that you can have an open and a closed one together as states and only the open one works like bag. That way you could stack the closed ones without them getting sucked into each other or just put them aside without having to worry.
