you mean a .modinfo file or a .civ5mod file?

found a bug: the large portrait for Liberty City is missing, and it is bugging out the Civilpedia and making the game lag afterwords.

Otherwise, this is a very solid Civ, the AI Niko had pretty much had half the City States under his thumb, good job on this one mate :)

But for UA, in my opinioni is not op, Alexander have 100% increase and decrase the influence (wrote in his XML file), while Niko Bellic have the UA of Siam plus a little Alexander UA (50% instead 100%) and a penalty. For UU and UB i will try to change ;)

Needs some work, but I like where this mod is going.
The ability needs to be seriously adjusted as it is far too overpowered.
The Police Maverick is a good unit idea, but, and this is just a personal sentiment, I feel that a police helicopter should not be stronger than a fully-equipped military helicopter. Perhaps make it cost no aluminum, faster to produce, but weaker than the helicopter gunship.
Bellic Enterprises is another good idea, but, like most things of this mod, is overpowered. +5 gold? Far too much. If I were you, I'd make it replace the bank or stock exchange instead (since this is a very modern-central civ) and give a unique promotion, something like Roman's Cab Service.

All in all, it's a good idea that is so far rather poorly executed. I have high hopes for this mod's future, though.

@Kadapunny in Civilopedia is wrote "double", but in his XML file (in his UA collumn) is wrote 100, that means 100℅, so i decrase in to 50%, add the other UA of siam and add -50% against city state to balance. I combine two UA but One i decrase and add a penalty.

Like the idea, but the thing is, I doubt a police helicopter would be stronger than a military camo gunship :P

This combines Greeces ability, therefore making this civ straight up stronger than him. Also, he's considered to be one of the strongest civs in the game. If you make anything that is outright stronger than that, then there is an issue.

Well Alexander have a UA focus to the diplomatic victory (100% recover and degrades), also Dandolo have a UA focus to diplomatic victory( and his UA it's incredible especialy with the UU), but they are op in diplomatic victory, but for example Venice have difficult to domination victory(well not too much lol XD)

okay so: if you have a positive UA for one victory, and a negative UA for another victory, they don't mesh and thus they don't change the balance of either.

@LTheMaster Since the war effort of city states is 90% of the time only on their home turf, in terms of how far their units go, and also the hundreds, if not thousands spent on taking a city state, not only is it, in terms of a diplomatic strategy, a better thing to do to not dom city states but befriend them for a better bargin, but if you can't help but to have these city states do that, then I fear some self restraining problems you may have. Have you heard of the Standford Marshmallow experiment?
