It's powered by hydrogen, and can carry a lot of hydrogen, plus a lot of extra weight.

Looks distinctly Minmatar to me...

Interesting design. I'm curious about something though; what is it designed to transport? When I saw the title "hydrogen hauler" my first thought was that it was that it was a ship designed to transport large quantities of hydrogen gas to and from a location.
