I haven't had the chance to play this mission yet, but as I already stated in Episode 3, an objective like "eliminate all CSAT forces" is generally a bad idea.

As a mission maker in my group once wrote: "AI is better to be used as environmental hazard, instead of an objective" The objective "secure intel" seems more than enough to be a challenge on its own.

But like i said, i haven't played this mission yet, so this is pretty much speculation on the briefing.
