Yes, I found out.
It was a pain in the ass to find a download link for it, the dev's site (NetDevil) is practically dead, the game's own site is dead, and Nvidia site has no download for it either... luckly I found a Brazilian software site with a working download link (and many reviews).
I'm currently downloading this "Warmonger: Operation Downtown Destruction" :steammocking:

It was a free mp game meant to promote the physx destructuble physics.

These are extremely outdated though.

I never heard of this game before, and there isn't too much about it on the internet. must be a hidden gem (or massive failure). the models look good

No, it's a generic futuristic vehicle. The artists at Bungie probably based it on some anime they watched.
