I hope is going to work for C-MT and all the add-on / DLC.
Please try to use 'Fine Road Anarchy' MOD instead of 'Sharp Junction Angles' MOD.
For the latter scenario you can work around it by (as suggested by Aransistore below) using them to hide anarchy'd pedestrian roads (from network extensions). Basically, you can draw the pedestrian roads as very steep ramps going from the road below to the busway above, such that the resulting ramp is mostly hidden by the lift building, and people walking on the ramp look like they're using the lift building. It's not a perfect alignment, but it's better than nothing.
Also, for elevated trams, the upper door does not overhang the railing of the tram tracks, so it looks like people are exiting the door and then phasing through the railing before getting to the track stop. For elevated busways they look fine since those are a bit fatter.

Then it should be displayed in game, at build - park category.

Pedestrian Overpassの9mリフトが各向き二種類(アイコン画像の階段が青と黒)ありますが、どのようが違いがありますか?
赤と青というのはLeftとかRightとかの文字の色の事ですか?
それなら、地上道路に対して上階の歩道橋に接続する出入り口が右側にあるか左側にあるかの違いです。
I thought the lifts and stairs works well, but it wasn't. I found some walking persons on elevated road but they came from far away by walk, not by lift. I think that in the new version of the game, pedestrians are not allowed to be spawned on the sidewalks of the elevated roads in any cases.
Although, now I'm using all those lift builngs to hide ridiculously high incline of pedestrian roads that I manually placed using road anarchy and network extension mods.
It would be very nice to have the props of the evevator buildings that can be placed anywhere without roads.

I don't know why exactly but the lifst are perfectly working with my game right now. Probably some mods have helped it to work. I don't now what helped it exactly because I'm using 30+ mods now, but I assume that one or more of the following *maybe* related with it:
- No pillars
- Advanced road anarchy 1.3
- Fine road tool 1.0.3
- Sharp junction angles
- Network extensions
Thank you for your report, I understood problems of my assets.
I completely forgot "only tram" road.
However, my elevator building was reported that "does not works anymore.", after game patch ver 1.4.1.
I confirmed it in my save data, too.
(pedestrians do not use these buildings. ... do not walk between upper road and lower road. )

After game patch 1.4.1-f2, "Lift for Elevated road" assets may not work anymore.
I don't know how to fix it.
Probably the cause is specifications change of the games.
("Pedestrian overpass" assets may still work.)
