Alright, I just finished, and I've got some tips for mapmaking AND horror maps specifically. First, make sure you use the nodraw texture to make blocks, THEN use the texture application tool to add textures to the visible faces. This will make your make much cleaner, and there won't be unecessary rendering of textures. On the horror side, this was a little tropey, but I can understand that since this was your first map. I recommend building an atmosphere instead of trying to incessantly jumpscare-- it doesn't scare people often. Also, the unpredictable kill triggers made me feel like I couldn't out-think or avoid the traps, it was all up to chance. Either way, it was still fun to play, and I hope you release more in the future.
