@TTV/WishfulMerchant it's several years since i've last used SFM, so i can't say for certain, but i think it might be possible. If you look at the image examples you can add your own color attributes, so i think it might be possible to animate that attribute. Ask someone more knowledgeable with sfm attributes

can i make the color go from black to blue?

@closed_captions
I just tried using the model again, and i don't have any issues, roottransform moves and rotates the whole thing fine on my end.

Try making a new session, and see if it persists, or redownloading the model

this is really hard to form, and i can't seem to rotate it upside down. i tried messing with the roottransform bone, but it doesnt move at all. help?

Are you able to make it more of one color? Cause I mainly want to use the white part on it but it looks like there's only a tiny bit of white on there

Gradient panels Are for whatever you might think you need them for. But examples could be: Making artifical shadows, making fake lights, making animated borders in your scene, fading away. And possibly more

this is really cool!
Tenshi 20 Mar, 2016 @ 9:21pm
What exactly are gradient panels for?
TehF0cus 20 Mar, 2016 @ 1:56pm
This is amazing. I needed this!
Commander Laggins 18 Mar, 2016 @ 4:02pm
cool thanks :)
STANN.co  [author] 18 Mar, 2016 @ 1:56am
It has 4 bones, one in each corner. So it can be changed to exactly what you like
Commander Laggins 17 Mar, 2016 @ 6:21pm
can you make it bigger or shape shifted or is it always a square?
Nefnoj 17 Mar, 2016 @ 11:39am
Oh, neat! So it's just a thing that fades. Sounds useful!
STANN.co  [author] 17 Mar, 2016 @ 7:39am
i have added basic color skins to the model. And there is now a guide to add your own color easily. :trophy:
Nefnoj 16 Mar, 2016 @ 3:52pm
I'm not sure what his is, could you make some more renders of it in a more natural environment?
Koldraxon 16 Mar, 2016 @ 3:32pm
By 'gradient in a new color to add to it', I presume you mean via the $color script?
SoSucculent 16 Mar, 2016 @ 12:57pm
Sounds complicated. lmao
SoSucculent 16 Mar, 2016 @ 12:36pm
How would I add a new gradient in a new color?
Dex 16 Mar, 2016 @ 12:08pm
Very useful!
