Ya. Pulled the 2nd paragraph directly from the rules on the contest page. I don't remember how large the small ship solar panels are. But that might help out. I know most people have done unpowered active decoys, I am still debating on how to do mine. I have about 3 ideas that I havn't seen discussed yet. So we will see what happens!

Heads up. Can't tell if those are reactors or not on the decoys. But if so then that will be a deduction in points due to the rules that were set upon this contest.

Each power brick must be able to be repaired with a hand welder from the interior cabin. (Excludes Solar Panels)
