Yeah what does this mod replace? What "electricity" sounds? Got 3K hours, unsure if I ever heard any of those, or do you mean the sounds when activating big doors like the subway door that emits sparkles when using the lever?

A video would be appreciated, I can't tell exactly when eletricity noises are made in-game so I'd like to know whats being replaced :P
