What I meant though is there's 3 different models in the addon, a playermodel, an npc, and a ragdoll. You can spawn all of them as ragdolls. If you spawn the playermodel as a ragdoll, can it be colored?

You may want to ask someone who's actively working on Source engine content still. As for the sounds, they're currently just sounds from Portal 2, the voices too. I could never get a voice actress, coder, or sound engineer to help me expand on them.
I would like to see a Phosphorescent Len too would be cool (MAKE this happen :D)
That's weird. These are some of the first models (that I've released on the workshop and gotten actual feedback on at least) that used the player color proxy. Most people don't bother giving me feedback for whatever reason but anyway. It looks like it's reverting to the default color. I don't know why off the top of my head but I'll look into it.
