I love your skin, they don't look like cheap coloring books animal on a gun, like most of the workshop.

I actually work very hard. The artwork has to be redrawn each time to accomodate each weapon shape and work around the knobs etc AND look decent from several angles. What you dont see are the wasted days on deliberations and trial and error. I also spend a lot of time on different colour schemes and manipulate how weapons wear.
With regard to creative - it's a tough decision: I'd like to work on new stuff much more and have actively come up with new ideas recently (AUG Stymphalian birds, FAMAS Magnalance), but people tend to like what they like already...

same old reused art work on three skins in the game... bloody cop out if you ask me. You obviously have great potential but are lazy and Valve are enablers of this.
