There's no stats or in-game name attached to it. It just has an internal name as its in-game name.

I'm glad you like it. And that's exactly why I made this asset, to fill up otherwise empty spaces with somthing

I think it's because I made this building level 3 which was probably too high for a simple warehouse (at the time I needed more lvl3 industry for my educated city), so it needs a ton of services to be happy. Level 3 industry required a little bit of everything, a bus station, train connection, police etc.. it's quite demanding. If you like you can change the level in the RICO settings yourself! Hope it helps

No matter how many times I purge my assets, I always come back to this little warehouse. Great for filling in small gaps in any industrial area, dock, railyard etc.

I'm having a weird effect on that one... It always says land value is too low and that it's lacking services. i tried placing a park, a clinic, police and firestation next to it but still the same. Why does it requier land value when it's for industrial zones?

Do you mean the pathway between the buildings? That's just the ingame walkway. The parking you see there is just a 1x4 park I made myself with some parking space on it.

This asset is mistly for decorating your industrial zone. It does have some workers but doesn't function as a growable or anything.

I didn't really think about that. Shipping seemed a good place for these asset so they don't take up too much space under parks or so.

Not sure why you have this tied to shipping. People cant use this mod until the shipping is unlocked.

Interestingly it occurs after time and not immediatly and it's irregular.
I got the error message on an empty map and on all assets but the RICO residentials. After placing residentials in my town the error doesn't occur anymore. So I think it has to do with the workers, since there are none it tries to divide by zero somewhere. Not really a "problem" if you are playing, but very confusing. :D

This looks like a really good addition to the industrial areas of the European cities I've been making lately. If I could make a suggestion, a similar sawtooth roof version would be a really good complement.

I was planning on doing some more warehouses and industrial type buildings and the one you mentioned looks interesting and shouldn't be too difficult. Right now I'm kinda busy but I will look into that and maybe get something done this week! No promises though ;)

Awesome, Subbed. Have a look at this location: 51°27'04.36" N 3°43'14.61" E (sorry cant seem to get a link going...) Could you create something like that? Would have to be modular, on a 1/1 scale these warehouses would be about 16 by 40 plot. They are a pretty basic type of warehouse seen worldwide. Looking forward to your next creations!! Thanks
