if you want to get into this map you have to copy the id and put a command in console that is map [map id] and you will automaticlly be sent to that map

I haven't done surfing in tf2 for a while, but I think you need to install source mod to do the commands. I have looked around a bit for you and people recomend using dedicated servers.

You shouldn't have to port forward if you are going to do it by yourself.
