Nope. I don't have this issue and it sounds like the mod is corrupt - try deleting it and redownload.

Is there an order I need to download these in? Because I have tried several times, but the textures never apply in game, it is just sand voxels everywhere. And yes I enabled both the main mod and the content in the mods section.

Its pretty easy to seperate them, but I typically like to keep them together.

But what about some moons as seperate files? I don't even know if that is possible, but I a a huge fan of moons, maybe a separate file is possible?

Of that I am aware but people do not do custom textures because of file sizes. This is the main reason there is a content mod for this, steam has size limits for uploading mods.
