Can you make it, or can we .ini edit it, so that the overwatch and move order acknowledgement lines dont play?

buddy this mod is very good idea, and that list of confirmed sounds is just plain awesome, please continue updating boths, it really helps people that want to create brand new voice pack, but got discouraged by lot of real life obligations, when they saw they need to test 546758974596798 lines. You have a pack of beer for this from me. TY again very much!

Still having trouble with the hacking-related ones, since in debug mode hack chance seems to always be 100%! Maybe have to start a proper game with some custom soldiers to verify those. Also still need to check mind control resistance success noise, psionic attack failure noises, confusion effect noises etc.
