Don't waste your time downloading this and trying to get it to work.
I tried to play part 5 with a friend and it is always fun to play with him. The game itself was just boring for me.
Which one? six? I quite like it tbh.. way better controls than 5 imho.
Glad you like the characters :)
Have you seen my new Resident Evil CP? 21 characters so far including the Wolfpack :)
Next to adding all those characters to the pool I edited the XComGameData.ini so the CP is always prefered. My newly started game is really funny now. ^^ Thanks.
I know what you mean about Character Pools .. seems to be the Marmite of the Workshop.
As for soldiers in the CPs.. Subscribe to the pool and then on the main title screen goto `character pool` and import them from the list.. they wont just automatically appear in your active character pool. If you already knew that then I apologise.
As you play through the game you will randomly get the chance to recruit any of these characters as Rookies from the Armory. However when they level up they will be assigned a RANDOM class like normal regardless of what class I tagged them with.
There are two ways to get the class I assigned them: One is through the Guerilla Tactic School where you train them to the class you want. The second is some of them will assigned as mission rewards or via the HQ recruitment where they will be a high ranking version of whatever class I assigned them in the Pool.
Hope that helps and thanks for the Feedback :)

Your character pool makes me really curious and I can't wait to try it out. And even if I won't like it you have linked some really cool cosmetic mods, so it is a win-win anyway.
Although this might be a dumb question for people who already used character pools: Does installing your mod (together with the necessary mods) mean those characters have a chance to appear as new soldiers by themselves or do I have to choose them somehow like a pattern?
For instance without the `more armor colors` mod you can't even have black/black armor so someone like `Black Widow` ends up being `Muddy green and brown widow`. Another example is Ray Palmers helmet would not be possible without McDougal's edits as the helmet would just be a standard recon helm with too much frippery on it. As it is I would like to get rid of the Boom mike on the side, but beggars can't be choosers.

I am simply going to let the number of people that sub to my mods be my response.
