game crashing whenever i try to make chester into one of these, would love to see a fix

I don't think so. It's quite simple, sweep chester with the mod on if you have the skin and you get a crash. Server won't even start if chester has the skin on when you enable the mod

@Ikkegwn do you have any crash logs so I can determine the exact source of the crash?

I meant morph. I skimmed over "Speed Chester" because at the top he is referred to as "Speed Chester" and in the Gems list he is called "fast Chester" Snow Chester also become "ice chester"
perhaps if you have time to correct these it could help prevent this confusion in the future :) thanks for all the hard work

The eyebone for rainbow and science Chester only appear when the eyebone is placed on the ground, and not while picked up or in inventory.

@Tem not possible in vanilla because of how Chester is coded, but I think there's a mod that can allow you to craft eyebones for separate Chester instances... give Followers for Everyone a try!

maybe you could make a chester that picks up stuff he's close too.

Can just anyone tell me what do you need to morph each chester into, i mean idk what exacly "all gems, and certain minerals" are, not just me myb other people too, so do you mind putting into the description?

@Stain It's not an unreasonable complaint. Asking for better documentation is almost always acceptable in my book, so long as the requested level of detail is "painstaking every godamn detail"

Why can't you just put all the stuff that required to morph Chester in the discription? I mean, "Gems and STUFF" doesn't sound very clear. Is it so hard to write down the instructions?

what makes each chester change

if fire chester is just for cooking food like a campfire it definetly isn't worth 9 red gems. maybe would be worth it if fire chester were a crock pot instead. but hey its just my opinion.

Didnt morph and i have a normal server, with some mods like Volcano biome (not spam bro xd)

@Coendu I just tested the mod and all the morphs should be working fine. does the morph just not happen or does the game crash? what kind of server are you on?

i tried to morph my chesters but just the snow and shadow chester works, not the other ones

Hey! I tried using the mod, I was able to transform the chester with orange gem but it didnt work with Iridescent Gem or yellow gem.

what if you add a scale chester

Cold and nightmare Chester (blue gem and nightmare fuel) still works. I'll try transforming them beforehand like you suggest, I'll give you an update when I've tried it. Hopefully the chesters will work if I enable the storage mod but leave their storage at default, that way I can have the normal chests with extra space.

@Tyler Trueno have you tried transforming them first and then enabling the storage mod? and do regular (blue gem, nightmare fuel) morphs still work? If they don't work either, it's probably an issue with the storage mod.

Hi, I have a little issue. I think it may be due to the increased storage mod I have, but my chesters won't change. I've tried giving them full red gems (with increased space I gave it 12 gems) but even when I sat with it during the full moon it didn't change. The next full moon I gave it opals, because I wanted the rainbow chester but no such luck. I fill them completely but they don't change. Help? Thanks in advance.

@coendu because the different chesters are not coded as different prefabs, they cannot be spawned via console as far as I am aware. unfortunately I do not have access to the computer I use for modding so I will not be able to fix the morphing issue for at least a couple weeks

the morph is not working but, wath is the name of each "Chester" to spawn it with commands??
