Most soldiers should be able to 'steady weapon', not with the shotgun or cannon category however.
The DLC changed how armor is set to soldiers, any soldier Mod that hasn't fixed that will not allow them to work. The PW fixed our soldier classes but [OBSI]Rumrunner seems to be a bit busy at the moment to work on updating his mods.
We haven't currently integrated an UI information mods, mainly because we felt that most people will make these adjustments on their own. For us it would also be an extra stage of work to keep them updated, having said that we might with the UI mod creators permission create a mod that combines them togther to reduce the amount of different mods people have to use at once.
Otherwise I just would add my own code. ;)
I've just seen a few too many people doing things like this without permission lately.
