The most simple way to get this armor is with Console Command if you too lazy to find it or smith it.

Step:
1) open console command, press ~ (left side number 1)
2) write "help Toukiden"
3) you will find list toukiden armor with base id
-- It should be like this "ARMO: Toukiden ____ (XXXXXXXX)"
4) then, write "player.additem XXXXXXXX [Amount you want]"
-- Example "player.additem 7B001122 1"
5) Voila...

*Different player, have a different base id for first two number.
