I swear this worked, but I'm getting errors for TTT2 that I think are related:

[TTT2 (Base) - v0.14.0b] lua/ttt2/libraries/bodysearch.lua:270: attempt to index field 'scene' (a nil value)
1. AssimilateSceneData - lua/ttt2/libraries/bodysearch.lua:270
2. ShowSearch - gamemodes/terrortown/gamemode/server/sv_corpse.lua:265
3. UseOverride - lua/autorun/server/sv_ttt_decay.lua:34
4. func - gamemodes/terrortown/gamemode/server/sv_player.lua:593
5. unknown - lua/includes/extensions/net.lua:38

I'm gonna look into a port for TTT2 if that's the problem, idk.

Dennis Idea is pretty good. Not only let Detectives identify rotten bodies but also everyone with a DNA scanner. This would give the DNA scanner a cool new feature :)

This is a great addon keep it up! Also, I agree with Kappa Smurf about the DNA scanner also being a way to identify the body..

Pretty good idea and I think it's actually perfectly balanced. Well mostly. I think that as long as the DNA scanner is in your inventory you should be allowed to identify the body. That way you can still play the game at a risk when being a traitor.
