Has anyone played this last few months? Shattered Europa wasn't updated for a while, does it still work?

is this compatch working now? Can I use 1.36 latest The Idea Variation & latest Shattered Europa together with this addon?

Please note: You don't need to run the Idea Variation main mod besides this anymore. It should not cause issues but due to some launcher changes running this alone is the better option.

I did a quick database update, it should work now. There might be issues with newly added missions though. Im not sure what Neprut added in the last updates.

Hi! If I start Shattered Europe with Idea variations it breaks it even with this mod. Would you perhaps able to update it 1.35? Could send some coffee money towards your way :)

Hello! I found a bug with the Russian governments reforms. With both Russian Principality and Tsardom you don't have the ability to recruit Streltsy. Probably the same with Ruthenia as well. Tested using only Idea Variation and only Shattered Europa and it works there. Thanks for the mod!

When Shattered is updated. Shattered is not updated for the current EU Patch, so this cannot be updated either.

Next version there'll be 5 new religious idea groups. Jewish's gonna be one of them. The other 2 not, but if you wanted to do the descriptions I guess I could still squeeze em in for the next update.

Flogi, any chance you will make idea groups for other religions? Jewish, Zoroastroanism,Manichean etc. could use some love. I myself could help with Manichaeism

Thanks, that did it; it was just a difference in spacing between the name in the Shattered Europa mod and the listed dependances for this mod, I changed it to match and now it works. Wouldn't have thought to check that, so thanks for pointing that out.

Its just a typo. But I might know what causes this. It could be that for this patch Shattered Europa 3 is not compatible with the Addon. The Shattered Mod was renamed and reuploaded a couple of times, but for this to load correctly the mod needs to be correctly listed in the Shattered Europa.mod file.

I deleted the contents of my mod folder and tried again, I still can't see the extra idea slots when I launch. When I extracted the stand alone Ideas Variation mod from that web page for the hungary patch and ran EU 4, this is what appears: http://imgur.com/a/cdvqC is that just a version mislabeling, or is the the cause of my issue? It says here that the version I downloaded was for 1.20, but I am running 1.21, and on the website it lists the download as being for 1.21 as well.

Hmn. It should work if you can this, Idea Variation and Shattered together. You'll need the right version for 1.21 for everything though.

I cant seem to get the extra idea slots that this mod comes with to appear when I launch with Shattered Europa. I've tried downloading direct from here https://www.strategie-zone.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=900&t=20257 and have been running the game in 1.21. I can see the new ideas that are added, but only have the 8 slots available in the default game. When I launch with only the Idea Variation mod the idea slots appear, but once I add Shattered and the compatibility mod they are no longer visible. Any idea where I have gone wrong?

Why? There was no update for the mod. It should still work. As far as I know pirate for AE is still working on 1.22 compatibility, so this won't be possible until SE works with 1.22.
