Ok, nice! But in your furher works you possible will not encounter such helper like me:) Just remember all those steps (better to save them in .txt for future, as i always do - if you will forget something - you always can find a solution there). And for good find a way to test your work on clean/pure installation of SSR. If you have an other machine - use it. If you haven't such - use backup/uninstal/install system as i mentioned before. If you plan your work scheme thus way - it will be simple for you to test your further works, just belive me. Do a mind attack now and then you will not be need to thinking what is wrong again each time.
P.S. If you want to thank me - just vote for my work for SSR in Workshop: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/vodkins75/myworkshopfiles/

Alright, I'm very glad it works now. I have to thank you very much once again, without you I would never got it fixed! :special:

Ha-ha! It works, music is playing now! Just test it in the pure instance of the SSR (without your working in editor files) or just belive me. If you haven't another PC to check your map on "pure" installation - just make a backup of your whole SSR directory under Steam (via its backups option or just by hands), then uninstal SSR form Steam and then install it again. Make sure to delete all content from SSR folder for pure test. Then install SSR again, subcribe on you own work, start SSR, wait until all Workshop packeges will update, restart SSR and you will see that music is actually working. Music is not playing for you just because you have at least two copies of your work in SSR folder. You need to remove all you files you are worked on and test only pure workshop package you uploaded. Sounds like a mess, but better way is to have another PC where you can test you uploaded work and where you NOT edited content (i have such one- my wife's PC:))

Alright, I'm reuploading it again. If it's not gonna work after that, I might just give up.
vodkins 22 Apr, 2016 @ 10:07am
Or maybe you can just replace only music files by deleting compressed ones from .gro and adding them again without compression. I think it will work fine also. It will keep you .gro with less size, but it takes more time in clicks count i think:) Who even cares about archive size in our days?
vodkins 22 Apr, 2016 @ 10:03am
Yeah, collect all you files as you did it before, then create an archive and select "no compression/store". Then rename you .zip into .gro (that you know). Saying simple - do all you did before and just choose no compression/store method of compression. Pretty simple:)
spacken666  [author] 22 Apr, 2016 @ 9:55am
Yeah, I do. Am I supposed to change the compression method in the WinZIP folder of the .GRO, that I've created?
vodkins 22 Apr, 2016 @ 9:53am
What tutorial?:) How to select compression method in WinZIP? Just find that options when you create you archive.
I haven't WinZIP right now in system. But you don't need it - WinRAR also can create ZIP archive. Do you have WinRAR?
spacken666  [author] 22 Apr, 2016 @ 9:50am
Is there any sort of tutorial you have? I'm alittle confused about the compressions.
vodkins 22 Apr, 2016 @ 9:38am
Just checked - no, it doesn't work... Console says that you compressed you audio files. They must be put into .GRO only as uncompressed (Store mode in WinZip, as i remember). So if you create .GRO by hands using WinZip use absolutely no compression for your .GRO. Or use RevPacker from Editor.

Alright, I've updated my map, it MIGHT work now.
vodkins 22 Apr, 2016 @ 6:09am
I struggled with it too and nobody (even devs) was unable to answer why my music is silent. So i figured it out by random tries. And fixing that is not a big deal - try this free converter/Studio:
http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/free-dvd-video-software.htm
Install it, run and select Free Audio Converter from list of the converters. When inside it add you music files, select "OGG" as format and there "Optimal Quality" (192 Kbit/s, 44.1 kHz, Stereo). If you want i can do this for you - just give me a link on you music files.

Alright, thank you for your advice, I struggled a big while about with fixing this. So, thank you very much for the support! I might fix it in the future. :special:

You can see their frequency in 'Properties' of the file(s) under 'Detail' tab (i don't remember how it is called in english version of OS, so i just suggest:))
spacken666  [author] 22 Apr, 2016 @ 1:08am
Thank you very much for the information! Everything is converted to .ogg, so I suppose it's too much kHz that I've added into them.
vodkins 21 Apr, 2016 @ 11:40pm
For music to properly work in SSR you need to make sure that music files are have .*ogg format and have sampling frequency of 44kHz. Otherwise they just don't play. I had the same problem...
