It's really hard to troubleshoot if I cannot duplicate the issue.
One question : we can find the rulebook online and i see you put a double sided page with the quest in each mod
is that everything we need to play or there are more important informations in the official quest book? Thank you !
Although the draw and buy idea could be an interesting house rules for those who like randomness
Do each characters buy abilities from all the cards in their deck, or draw randomly certain number and choose between them?
An example, in a 4 player game there is 41 XP in the treasure at the end. Each character will gain 11 xp.
Once you know how much XP you have, there is a deck of cards called "abilities". Each card in that deck has an XP cost in the top right hand corner. Each character can purchase as many of these cards as they like, as long as they have enough XP.
I hope that explains it. Ask more questions if I explained poorly or more things pop up
I hope that is not as clear as mud. I can explain it in a different way if you like, and in each chapter I put in note cards to try to explain how to craft the side quest deck.
Thanks.
Chapter 7 has been uploaded, so you should be able to play through the entire box campaign with the workshop items I put up. Please, if you enjoy this game support the creators at Privateer Press.
I heard there is a bonus mission in No Quarter (The publishers magazine), if I ever get a copy I may add that as well.
I hope everyone enjoys it. I have been contemplating grabbing some appropriate 3d models from other workshop items to use in place of my cardboard figures. Unfortunately most of them do not have bases, and model colors are actually important in this game. So unless I jack a mesh, and reskin it I don't see it happening.... But you never know.
I will update chapters 2-4 with the better ones as well
I will get them up asap
Once that seems good, I will finish the chapters
The game does not take a lot of space, but this reduces the cramped feeling a bit. I am going to see about working on a mat of sorts with snap points for your feat deck
The chapter 1 card fix was using the same URL so you may have to turn of mod cacheing. I may just re-upload the image so I have a different URL so people have to futz with that. If you see an issue with characters having their text for their second wind cut off, then similar situation. I updated the image directly in the cloud so it is the same URL
I think I would align characters in the extra room too, maybe with a mat and snap points for your feat deck, discard and current 3 feat cards. Great suggestion! When you get to actually playing I hope you enjoy it. I haven't had a lot of test sessions but they have gone well, and once everyone is comfortable with the process of a turn it moves very quickly for the type of game it is.
After I get a formula that works, I should be able to pump out chapters 2-7 Fairly quickly.
