If it's broken, reinstall it. If that doesn't work then that means you have another addon that's causing this addon to not function properly. For me, this addon doesn't cause any errors and it works, unlike what some of you are experiencing. As for how you find out what addon is making this addon not work, that's for you to find out.

Is there a way to make NPCs work with this?

When I give NPCs the railgun weopon they just spam click it making the coin flip sound but not actually firing the railgun attack.

It would just be kinda cool to have Misaka Mikoto actually use her signature move as an NPC ya know
