We have this on a non-dedi Server and we don't encounter any pirates, even if we have Antennas and Stuff, anything we do wrong or does this mod need configuration and if so how?

Hope you guys can help, thanks in advance!

So let me get the mod startup straight: we activate cargo ship, drones, and encounters; start the game; Wait or find any enemy vessel, approach it, then watch enemy ships appear and engage the pirates, Right?

@CapnWolf - Only one at a time should work. They use the same files so probably whichever was loaded last will take priority.

Can i use both this and IMDC mod at the same time or can i only use once at a time?

I'll update this mod when I get some time and fix it like I fixed the IMDC version. The Classic version currently uses vanilla prefabs so I'll have to blueprint everything so it may take time. I'll also re-adjust spawn mechanics for this mod so it won't impact performance too much.

They'll spawn in creative and survival on the vanilla bases/stations yes.

noob question, do they spawn in creative mode, i have not played space engi in some time so i am a bit of a noob. Mods looks awesome though :D

Would you guys rather less ships spawn at a time? Like 3-5 over a longer duration instead of like 10 in 60secs?

I have this running on my dedi and hot damn it really adds another layer to gameplay! Absolutely no issues so far, except that I had to disable drones because so many hostiles would just come to my moon base, sit outside the range of my turrets, and send in drone after drone, ultimately lagging the server so bad from debris (after they fly to my base and get shredded) that I have to do a reboot and clean up. But that is not the fault of this mod, that is standard gameplay. This mod just increases the rate of this by a bit.

@SSgt OZ - I'll check that out when I'm closer to wrapping up the things I'm already working on. Though all my attention is on the IMDC version of this mod. I made this version so people could keep the vanilla game experience if they wanted to. So I won't really alter too much on it.
@Raging_Pestilence - The spawning stations in this version of the mod are all 100% vanilla ones. They all belong to space pirates so they shouldn't be attacking each other. You can grab blueprints via Ctrl+B in creative or survival if you find a base. That'd be your best bet.

There's a mod somewhere that re-enables cargo ships. I'm sorry I don't know where it is but I've seen it come out fairly recently. Escorting I haven't quite figured out with large ships but if I do I might give it a shot!

Great work mate really a good mod for us hardcore gamers, if you can find a way to cargo ships to work again and then have them be escorted by some basic pirate ships. just a thought
