As I can tell, this WAS a joke. To any of those wandering how to use Skype online (BTW I still use Skype, and any of those Discord-obsessed people who always says who uses Skype, millions of people still do so please stop a Skype'ist.) I can tell you how. Hit shift and tab at the same time to access the community in-game. Bring your mouse cursor down and click WEB BROWSER. Then, go to web.skype.com and then log in to your Microsoft account. I tried this and it works.
