In what way exactly is this improved? Can you be more specific? It looks like the same model. My problem in-game is that the depot is too large for me to place it at its actual location in a 1:1 recreation of San Francisco. I have to put the depot way out of the main city rather than where it belongs or I have to change where the streets actually go.

Can't be placed, get the message "Space already occupied" when trying to place this depot to a tramline road.
