It shows to much skin for my taste

Does this reskin use a custom model? I'm asking because I wanna use it along with the Fe/male witch mod I have, who's description says the female witch's compatible with reskins as long as they don't use a custom model; but this reskin and Fe/male witch's files conflict with each other.

I hope there's a way to fix this because I wanna use this reskin, as it's one that has keeps the witch's established outfit idea while having her wear ACTUAL pants instead of those wragged panties she wears with the vanilla skin.
