very cool idea

Nice truck, only 1 thing.. the lift platform doesn't show in the Blueprint. (Multiple Grids not supported) the Piston makes it a Multiple grid.. I'm going to use the space for a Drill Rig ..

I would like to give this a three out of five. I was driving it all of a sudden (I have no idea how this happened) the reactor blew and sent the bison into space

Love the design (really fun to drive around on "Mars" with it). Then I shot down an enemy ship and spent a few hours grinding it down. However all the materials made the Bison so heavy in the rear that it almost fell over backwards.

Hi Wildcard, Captain Jack here! - Just sent you a Friend Request, could you give me a message when free? Thank you!
Chass3ur_TTV 1 Jul, 2018 @ 6:09pm
@An Uknown User - What did you do to solve that problem as i seem to be havign the same issue. I make a projection of the blueprint, I build set blueprint but unable to move it. lol Even did a creative test world and not able to move it.

Thanks Destin, a minor oversight of mine!

This thing is big and beautiful. My girlfriend saw it on the Workshop and wanted to get your blueprint to build in our survival multiplayer game we are playing together. Kinda funny, I ended up falling in love with it too. Very rugged and versatile.

I did, however, have to make 1 mod to it to suit my tastes. There was no plumbing connection for the cockpit area air vent and medical station. Saw that there was an air vent upstairs and nothing connecting fromt here to continue to the circuit, so removed the aupper air vent in crew quarters area and installed a conveyor. Now we got air/hydro to cockpit air vent, medical station and both cryo chambers.

there's a button panel nearby that lowers the platform. Under the Right front wheel

I love this thing, but I have one problem - is it possible to enter it from the ground without using jump jets? I found out there is some kind of retractable thing airlock in the belly that I thought might be the elevator, but it seem it not the elevator :(
LocalAutismo 1 Apr, 2017 @ 4:29pm
nvm i worked it out
Wildcard  [author] 20 Mar, 2017 @ 6:31am
The breaks are also on by default. key 1. Try taking them off?
LocalAutismo 19 Mar, 2017 @ 2:32pm
i meant transport it to another planet
LocalAutismo 19 Mar, 2017 @ 2:32pm
no it didnt, but the only way to get it to move is that i need to transport it with one of the dropships
Wildcard  [author] 15 Mar, 2017 @ 4:49pm
Did it touch the ground before you spawn it? Don't let it hit the ground.
LocalAutismo 15 Mar, 2017 @ 1:16pm
when i try to spawn it it spawns fine, i just can't move it, like, it gets stuck in the air
Jeris777 23 Nov, 2016 @ 1:25pm
Never mind my previous comment, I figured it out. But now I might need some help replacing the wheels, now that I'm missing four...
Rin 8 Jun, 2016 @ 5:53pm
Ya best workaround is storing the raw matterials in the ship and then rebuilding it on the surface
Wildcard  [author] 8 Jun, 2016 @ 4:39pm
yeah, I can't do anything about that. It's a Keen issue.
Rin 8 Jun, 2016 @ 3:35pm
One bug I have found with this that happened many times while trying ot land this guy on a planet is that the piston that controls the landing pad has a tendency to break and rip a massive hole in the base. I think this is a problem with the base game and not the craft as when loading the blueprint the game does not consider the parts on the piston to be the same ship.
XandreBlues 21 May, 2016 @ 3:39am
I think I just found my base, its incredible. I'll take a hundred xD
Incredible work and thank you for sharing :steamhappy:

He He ^^,
Wildcard  [author] 15 Apr, 2016 @ 8:35am
Thanks for the comments! I did limit the wheels to 85km for a reason....
CMDR William Corm 14 Apr, 2016 @ 5:21pm
I realy enjoy your work Wilcard :D Light, Mobile, Strong, Polyvalent
And a little advice for future owners X) don't try to speed up at 400km/h to take a ramp X) you'll regret it ;)
Or enjoying as you prefer ;p
Personnaly i enjoyed :)

@Exactly 150 snails: That's a bit more constructive than your previous comment. Thank you.
XDerpingxGruntX 11 Apr, 2016 @ 5:03am
reminds me of the mammoth from halo4
Snøfler 11 Apr, 2016 @ 4:04am
I may have been unclear. I like the lore descriptions, but if I could choose I'd want a regular description too. Just in case I overlook a feature, as the lore descriptions can sometimes be cryptic.
Exactly 150 Snails 11 Apr, 2016 @ 3:37am
i also think that's part of the reason why most creations with lore describtions rather than objectical and usefull descriptions have 0/5 or unrated while many of the more descriping descriptions for many creations have 4/5-5/5 on the workshop as they attract people since they can actually see what the ship is about.

side-note: my first comment wasn't personally directed towards you, nor have i spammed it on any other page as it would loose it's credability and meaning if that was the case. so i apolegize if i offended you, but that is just my honest opinion about what is happening on the workshop creations for space engineers. a bunch of random stories and lore and almost no description of what the creation is used for or what it's meant to be.
Exactly 150 Snails 11 Apr, 2016 @ 3:37am
don't get me wrong Wildcard. i like your creation and it will fit well in my survival world/s. but lore for a no-lore game doesn't fit very well and is very personal based. also this is a workshop to share creations and mods, not stories.

i am not saying that you shouldn't make some fun or interesting stories behind your creations or some obscure but good lore, but for the sake of giving a better creation the best chance of coming out to people as possible: keep the creations OWN description first (what is it, what does it do etc.) and keep lore/stories as a sidenote. this way you can easely browse to it through the main page and allows people to see what the cretion is instead of fishing through stories to find out what's correct and what's not.

madcap_magician902 10 Apr, 2016 @ 12:11pm
This is brilliant, and along with one of the drop ships, a must have...I too love a bit of back story, makes it come to life
aaronlukemarshall 10 Apr, 2016 @ 8:46am
Wow greta design and i love the backstories to designs, adds more care and love unlike these other idiots.
Wildcard  [author] 10 Apr, 2016 @ 7:08am
@Exactly 150 Snails: Do you say that to all the creations with awkward non-relevant lore descriptions on the workshop or just mine in particular?

Maybe I like to create a world around my stuff, like many other workshop creators and give them reason and cohesion for why they are there. Thus creating their "raison d'etre". In that sense, it's very relevant to the creation process.
Snøfler 10 Apr, 2016 @ 1:16am
I guess it's because just having a list of 'cold' features becomes boring after a year or two?
Exactly 150 Snails 9 Apr, 2016 @ 10:32pm
seriously what's up with these awkward, non-relevant lore descriptions of rso many of the creations on the workshop? it doesn't fit the game and certianly by no means promote the interesting areas of the creation itself nor it's direct purpose in a usefull manner.

@Spatium There is a Vanilla Dropship:

Go to the base's control panel by using a control panel, sitting in the flight seat or using radios etc.

Find the "Jacks" group. hit reverse.
mostlydave 9 Apr, 2016 @ 1:10pm
How do you lower the jacks?
Wildcard  [author] 9 Apr, 2016 @ 12:00pm
Updated with Jack system for repairing wheels. As for a Vanilla Dropship, see the V-22 comments thread. If enough people upvote the notion, I'll do it.
Snøfler 9 Apr, 2016 @ 6:48am
Is there a mod free drop ship? Also does it have a system to lift itself for wheel repair?
Wildcard  [author] 8 Apr, 2016 @ 8:29am
@[MGE]LeonserGT Thanks for comments. Feel free to repaint it for your worlds. Please post pics. Love your stuff.
LeonserGT 8 Apr, 2016 @ 1:23am
Very nice design, but colours are a bit too bright IMHO, I'd prefer something more faded :]
