1 obvious flaw:
the main part of any portal map, is to go through the exit.
but the map finishes, before we reach it.
still good map, though.
Some cool ideas! I like it when world portals are used as an actual puzzle mechanic instead of just a gimmick.

The textures on some of the walls are wrong. For example, on the final part of this map you can see another test with yellow numbers on it. The texture it uses that you can see is a metal one from HL2, instead of a plastic one from Portal.
Another thing is that your tests aren't using one large light. A common practice is to have a 'light' entity in the middle of the test and expand its range to sorround it.
Again, this is a very nice map, I'm really just nitpicking.
