No bug with other mod, perfect.
Yup. Using it myself. There's a WotC-specific version on the Workshop too, but it was released after I started my playthrough.

Missing FX Packages Fix + Resource by E3245

"For some reason unbeknowest to us, some packages (FX_, dev packages, clearcoat) packages are not loaded in WotC, or rather, do not exist at all, breaking a lot of mods that use Particle Systems. This is a very annoying oversight, but this mod fixes that problem."
If you have any other packages that you want loaded, then post in the discussion section."

So I assume Desert Holo, uses a still missing file, that base game had.
Looks like that's the problem, but I have a lot iof mods installed, and I've got Tied Back Dreads showing in Character Pool once, this is first time in Armoury, and playing a Missopns
So can someone check this works for them too.
Weird.
I even had Long Dreads working in the character pool, but not in game.
"Had to make a new pack because I was no longer able to update the first one I made due to a really bad error that I could not correct. *First pack still works fine I just can not update it* Hope you guys like.
*Note this is not a replacement for the First Hair pack, this is a separate pack*"
So no chance this will be fixed, but maybe hairs will be added to v2.0 now.
Infact because WOTC is a standalone, all mods made for XCOM 2 still work in XCOM 2.
Every game ever modded, has broken mods with updates, and the bigger the expansion the more mods break. It has never been the devs responsibilty to make the game work with mods.
Mod creator's have to adapt to the update, and that takes a little time.
Some mods may never get updated, and that's how it is.
This may be one of those, as Destroyer1191 had already stopped supporting it.
He moved on to v2.0 because this had some issues he couldn't fix.
WOTC is good, give mod author's some time, and space, and they will make it even better.
I really like your mod, but I got a problem With the War of the Chosen extansion. In fact, as some hairs work normally, like Cloud, some of them have a texture issue. I take a screenshot, here's the link. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1123582501
Thank you for reading.
A second, separate MOD-Release (if done) of this is the Solution - I guess !
- What the Hell is going on by FIRAXIS - again and again they do Things like that to Community! -
I won't lie, at least one character in my somewhat small character pool uses affected hairstyles from this mod, so I would be sad to see these hairstyles unfixable.
