I think this building looks a bit odd in that it's base is simply pavement and surface parking. The surface parking seems out of place in an urban environment.

@anvaho - Thank you. About the other Unique, I'm not sure about that because there might be those who don't want them to be RICO when the mod is actived. I need to reconsider it.

This is sooo pretty! Is there any chance that some of your other buildings, like Leviathan or Monolith(s) might be made RICO compatible as well?

Building is good but the main door is too small. Could you fix that?

@ElyPante - Added, if you dont have the mod, it will turn into a Unique Building (the already-built icon may occur if you have built the Sky-and-sea building making it hard to see but you still can build it). Pretty convenient.
