Also, if you want an english Uni, there is one too...
The repository is constantly being updated with more lines, but I uploaded a recent-ish version of it to Dropbox that contains exactly 7,490 clips (when all character's lines are added up) so that should be more than enough for you to work with (Nepgear actually has the most lines out of all the characters I've done too.). Lines come from HDN, MK2, HDNV, RB1, RB2 and a bit of RB3. HDN:U lines are not in this particular version, but I've been getting those to the repository lately.
Message me if you need it, and I can send you a link to the repository.
Due to the part about during fights, if the files do have names(I think the person that made the Neptune-Voice-Pack for XCom2 mentioned that, but dunno if those were from Re;Birth2), you might just try to use the same files from the Japanese-Voices like you used from the English ones. If I would ever notice something off once there is a Jp. version, I'd of course come back here and tell you about it.
(damn 1000 character limit...sry for this rant post)
Intresting about the characters being altered - so theey have completely different personalities/lines?
Well, if Japanese version isn't planned, then oh well, your choice of course. ^^"
Updated the mod this morning based on the feedback. Hopefully the description gives more important details now. Also, added radio filter and more lines.
Did you add radio filter?
How many lines are there?
Also, just for reference the number of lines used might be good to know.
Would recommend adding both mentions to the description, especially the latter as that is something that most Voice-Packs, if not all, mention for obvious reasons. (and the size of this one here in comparison also makes it seem like a very low number in comparison, but dunno if that's really the case)
