If you get all your water from water towers and then pump the sewage back into the small river in the middle, I kept having problems with the river rising. I spent about 3mill credits trying to dredge and improve flow in river, but in the end I gave up when half my citizans died in a tidal wave of effulent. I think the river needs to be deeper better flowing or the land higher?
10/10 would make farms again.
