Probably that is also used by the deployment system and sadly I don't think I can fix this, sorry!

while the blueprint of the door is still in place you can add the room to that square, the room will remain connected when they place the door but it will divide rooms when you reload, it's a pity it doesn't stay that way.
i dunno if you know this @4loris4 maybe it will help you, but hey, you already got the mod here! and.. subbed! cheers :) :)
If there are still rooms that cause problems just leave another comment!
But i found an issue. Mod changes office room requirements, so it don't allow to put there stylish desk.
Sadly I can't do anything about this because I can either put that property back in (and remove the option to zone rooms under doors) or leave it like this where the game can't figure out if a room is correctly built in some cases like yours.

When using the "Comfy Bed" cells don't recognize there's a bed in them!
Noticed in my Women's Prison that Nursery couldnt be placed under doors, may need an update for some rooms. The Nursery/Family Cell are from the Women's Prison section.

There is only one thing I noticed that throws off the game for me a bit. In the 'staffroom' when you open the objects panel and begin setting up usually the defualt items are high lighted. The toilet and the serving table along with the large TV are missing. NOT a huge game breaker I' just used to being lazy about it. Would you be able to update?
