oh yeah i usually run the game on DX9 but my GTX1060 can more than handle DX11, i will use DX11 from now on, thanks for the help.

It's a known issue with DX9 mode - if your computer can support it, can you try running DX11 and see if that fixes it?

Awesome mod, very great effort has been put into this. One problem though, the textures for the mountain gun are broken for me, the only colours that it has is red and white squares. @retrocity5 I've been waiting for that for forever now, I really wish they'd do it. The giant europe maps already exist, all they have to do is set the cities, borders, roads, and double check accurate resources.

I didn't test too much but I think UA does't work and second city is not Prizen it's Prizren.
I hope you will fix this. Other then that mod looks great. Thanks for making it ;)
