Hey could i possibly know where the helmet of the guy in the middle of the 11th picture is from? And man im gonna love more base defense missions because in most of my campaigns ive only had 1 with each one.

I had someone send a complaint to steam a while back that I "took their ideas" and was using them in some of my mods. Which I had not. But steam investigated and said everything was legitimate and I had nothing to worry about. Then shortly after that, 2 of my mods were taken down. I contacted Steam and they said they were deleted. So it was assumed my account was hacked and I had to change all my info.

Hmmm... yeah it's gone. I had 2 other mods get taken down a while back and didn't know they were gone till it was pointed out to me. Now again :( Steam support said my account might have been hacked last time and I had to change all my info.

Expanded enemy reinforcements for WOTC does the same as this bud. So if playing with WOTC... this mod here will not be compatible.

I dont think either of my mods will conflict with Fireborns. Would have to test to find out. My Archons mod youll love then as the Archon Shaman can raise zombies that dont die when he does ;)

Yeah i'm a sucker for pain, one of the first mods I asked in forums for was zobies that don't die if you kill/flashbang the sectoid ;)

Actually, would this conflict with fireborns pack?? Or would your changes just not come into effect because of the new missions he's added??

hope you enjoy and have fun. Youll know right away in the first few missions when an enemy Psi Gate opens for reinforcements and you see Sectoids mixed with Advent. As Force Level rises, more veried pods will come in

No this mod here is ONLY for base defense missions. But that other mod like I said will not work with my expanded enemy reinforcements mod.

ahh, I see. So even though I didn't get the popup, it was simply because the UFO couldn't find me. Good to know! And thanks for that cmmand page!

If both UFO events spawned and neither UFO intercepted you, it was you just didn't get detected. If any UFO spawns and you see it, the BEAT WAY to have it actually intercept you is to keep the Avenger moving. If you sit the Avenger in an area that a UFO is flying around and you don't move the Avenger, therenis still a good chance the UFO will not detect you. But at least with my dark event, IF if does detect you, and intercepts, it will be a 100% intercept on that FIRST interception. yeah, sorry, I meant both as in both yours and dark events came up in a row (I forget the order) the first spawned, did its flying around, then flew at me and vanished (and subsequently the event ended on the event tracker on the left) and then the second one came around a few days later (and then did the same thing) However, the regular base defense mission has not happened or come up yet... (I never to the gurrellia to cancel them because I love the mission so much.)

I did my darndest to invest in the defense system before the UFO caught me, so I guess I might be a bit desperate.

If worst comes to worst and we can't troubleshoot it, is there a command to manually spawn the event? (I don't mind using my save to test either, I've just been messing around with mods in it)

They both do work together as they are set as their own dark events. I play with both of them myself. What do you mean "both" advanced Intercepters? The one in this mod is called Advanced UFO Intercepter and the one in the dark events mod has a different name. So dontou mean mine and his both spawned at the same time? That can happen yes. Also, before this, have you already had a Avenger Base Defense mission happen?

hey, so I just had two dark events,Both advanced interceptors come up... and then go away. No intercept warning or anything, they just flew at me and then past me and then vanished...

Is it possible that this mod conflicts with additional dark events? and if so, is there a way i can force them to be compatable?

This one is not compatible but I haven't made it compatible YET. Working on it. As soon as this mod is compatible with LW2, I'll post it for you guys.

I wouldn't have to mess with force level at all. All I'd have to do is find the line of code and mission settings for standard reinforcements and change it so that Alien's are mixed in. The force levels they ha snow will work just as they do when the game spawns them in pods. I'll see what I can do.
