good mod. UA helps boost your culture, especially in the early stages. the Alpini unfortunately has a short time window before its outclassed. The Andrea Dorea kicks ass

for example, the advanced ground units mod and advanced air units mod have a lot of good Italian tanks and planes but they're unique to Rome, and Italy can't use them without using IGE, i know you can just give yourself the units with IGE, but this adapting Italy to use roman units would be more for when Italy is an AI player, just to give the game extra flair.

I dont know why Firaxis didnt added Italy as a civ? It would realy nice if thre was but now there is mod for Italy perfect:steamhappy::steamhappy:

I wish that civ played better as an AI. It NEVER creates a religion, and usually just sits there with 2 or 3 cities.

Ok now apart from the role play thing... the bonuses are really poor. The +20% production for military units in coastal cities is a bonus for world domination but you don't achieve it by staying in your own borders... whihch means both the rest of the civ bonuses and the naval UU aren't too good and the civ has no bonus towards other kinds of victory. Only the alpini may be a little bit better but the mountain crossing bonus is situational and, obviously, not efficient when there's no mountain between you and your enemy.

So I've been trying out various modded Civs (Austria-Hungary, Second French Empire, etc.) in tandem with "Events & Decisions" but, for some reason, this particular civilisation doesn't have any unique decisions when I open that particular side menu. This is the first time I've encountered such an issue. Is there something I may have done to cause this error?

The patch allows for features that are previously unavailable, or more difficult to make, in original Civ V.
