Take a look at this new mod with similar functionality:

Show It!

Looks like I do need the orignal mod... because it complained
MrPanda72 8 Jun, 2017 @ 1:05am
Is the original mod required? I might have to find out after starting and answer my own question.

I made a fix for this which works for me. No more crash at startup, service's show text correctly (at least the ones I tested). https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=928988785

I'm afraid but seems like Hedgehog lost interest to C:S.
Wilder 19 May, 2017 @ 12:58am
will this get updated? please
MarkJohnson 18 May, 2017 @ 12:58pm
I forgot, the error message I get for 1.7 is, "object reference not set to an instant of an object"
MarkJohnson 18 May, 2017 @ 12:38pm
It error with the new DLC, but it seems to still work somewhat.

Will there be a fix coming soon?
Exiv 18 May, 2017 @ 8:24am
dont works for me with dlc
Barckot 15 May, 2017 @ 1:01pm
Does not work for me :(
i do not get additional inforamtions or anything it just looks like before
NLX78 9 May, 2017 @ 12:27pm
@lextacy Not, it's useful for knowing what the building lack in service.
Lextacy 21 Apr, 2017 @ 12:32am
Garbage. Extended information would be stats like visitor counts, education requirements ect. This has neither and names buildings in such a way that does not make sense.
Kermit (GER) 30 Jan, 2017 @ 5:43am
yes of course - its new.. i am too
Gerishnakov 26 Jan, 2017 @ 1:42am
I'm still getting the overlap issue with this mod.
AmiPolizeiFunk 24 Jan, 2017 @ 6:21am
It would be nice if this displayed the name of the model (similar to how it is displayed in RICO or the Theme editor). Then when you're learning the asset collection, you could click on a building to see which model it is.
Jaws 25 Dec, 2016 @ 2:59am
Works fine with CS 1.6
Skullzcrusherz 6 Dec, 2016 @ 4:23pm
I'm not sure if this works with ND
Probe1 24 Nov, 2016 @ 7:46am
Works for me. It's unfortunate that some people are having difficulties (maybe they didn't uninstall the old mod). But for me it does what it says. Thanks Hedgehog.
钱$_$钱 21 Sep, 2016 @ 2:20am
may be you can upload the code to github and I will clone the code and translate by myself
钱$_$钱 21 Sep, 2016 @ 1:32am
Can you add Chinese for this mod? I can supply Chinese text .
My Tag Gone 14 Sep, 2016 @ 2:29am
Works great, unsub orig, sub this, restart game from desktop. :)
UguuDoki 7 Sep, 2016 @ 5:48pm
Unsubscribe the original
Are S. 6 Sep, 2016 @ 3:10am
I have text overlapping even with this mod; two lines of "radius" data on each built building makes text overlap.
CastaRune 19 Aug, 2016 @ 1:20pm
@pixelplayer
this mod over takes other mod.. people don't know you have to unsub to other one and only have to on... having both mods on makes the errors :rfacepalm: someone forgot to add that info in the description.
PixelPlayer 23 Jul, 2016 @ 12:50pm
Seems the user is not addressing the issues people are highlighting thats a shame.
Maxson 7 Jul, 2016 @ 9:53am
I get an error when using this mod and it does not fix the overlapping text problem for me. And I get a similar error to others. Hope it gets fixed.
ink 24 Jun, 2016 @ 12:57pm
I have this error
The Mod D:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710\670422128 [ExtendedBuildings.dll] has caused an error [ModException]

docta / ドクター 18 Jun, 2016 @ 6:35pm
It's currently not working for me. Version 1.5.0-f4.
Mastrshok 16 Jun, 2016 @ 10:30am
Thanks for the overlapping fix. It was getting annoying.
longbaugh01 14 Jun, 2016 @ 2:36pm
And yeah, while this is highly appreciated if it works, you really should describe what exacly this is better, because I was about to just dl it thinking it was a fix and not bothering to unsubscribe from the original.
longbaugh01 14 Jun, 2016 @ 2:35pm
@Termite In the original mod "N" supposedly toggles names/descriptions on/off.
Scarsick 6 Jun, 2016 @ 9:18am
I appreciate this, but you should really add a better description. Some people may think this is just a fix that needs to be installed along with the original mod, not an updated version.
Sir 5w30 8 May, 2016 @ 8:33am
Thanks for fixing this pal. Updated my mod collection according to this. :steamhappy:

Does anyone know where the random text is? Most of it does not make any sense so it would be good to be able to edit it or to be able to delete it.
Finwickle 2 May, 2016 @ 1:11pm
@Hedgehog: could you maybe put a warning in your mod description, preferably in caps, to unsubscribe from the old mod? I would help against the confusion if this mod is working or not. :-)
CastaRune 2 May, 2016 @ 11:45am
unsubscribe from the old mod. :rfacepalm:
Exudiz 29 Apr, 2016 @ 3:43am
This fix dose not work!
co-wie 27 Apr, 2016 @ 7:41pm
@mackay_tt: unsubscribe from the old mod.
mackay_tt 27 Apr, 2016 @ 7:19pm
@Hedgehog Thanks for the fix. When I subscribed to this mod, however, the Policies window would no longer open.
RaggaR8 27 Apr, 2016 @ 11:59am
Do we need both? As in, is this just the fix or a mod of its own?
RexDCBelen 25 Apr, 2016 @ 9:28pm
yey... thanks for the fix :)
CastaRune 25 Apr, 2016 @ 2:09pm
OMG thank you
AdvancedFollower 25 Apr, 2016 @ 12:28pm
Agree with @Quboid. Those weird "flavor texts" really don't work...
Mavors 25 Apr, 2016 @ 6:42am
Nice job Hedgeho!!:steamhappy: TY
chaosmercenary 25 Apr, 2016 @ 6:04am
whoohoo!
[SSU]yenyang 24 Apr, 2016 @ 12:23pm
@Hedgehog Nevermind, I figured it out.
[SSU]yenyang 24 Apr, 2016 @ 11:38am
@Hedgehog How did you prevent this error from occuring "MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'System.Reflection.FieldInfo.op_Equality'."
Quboid 24 Apr, 2016 @ 7:30am
Very handy, thanks for the update. Any chance you could remove those weird text blurbs too?
hara.gobi 23 Apr, 2016 @ 5:13pm
Working fine, thanks for fixing this :)
