This seems like it should heal as fast as if hurts...like the Hurt/Heal gun from Monday Night Combat.
It should be able to "suck" away enemy health to make the healing of his team faster, and probably a max amount of health to steal. Possiblly: charges a little when healing target makes a kill?

This medi-gun should be perfect for those Medic pairings with good partners; keeps the both of you alive longer the more you both kill.

Medigun needs ammo, is elictrified beam, sucks health away from enemies at a decent rate, can only heal when it has been charged with enemy health

if you dont want it to look too futreristic then maybe may the backpack a little ramshackle and change the gun part, other than that i think is a great idea and a cool weapon

How about a Medi gun that
-Does not heal allies
-When connecting to enemies, slowly drains their health
-Absorbs the enemy's health while draining them
-Can kill enemies when their health reaches 0
-When Uber Charge is filled, Uber grants insta-kill on whatever target the medic "connects" to. (or maybe 100% guaranteed crit damage against the enemy that is targeted)

I hate to be the ass, troll, or whatever.. but this is way too futuristic... the closest items we have enough futuristic shit. This game is based in the 60's.... bad enough we have gordbort stuff...

Maybe it could do constant damage when used on an enemy? and heals slower? Ubercharge could last longer and heal slower? Any of those sound good. it is a 1-2 combo, not all 4 at the same time

Since tesla coils were invented around 1891 this much less futuristic than many of the items already in the game. I like this item a lot - please keep doing what you're doing because it's great.

To be fair, the Soldier weapons were based on 50's and 60's science fiction movies and came from Space. I'd say it fits the period pretty well in comparison to, say, Machina and Widowmaker for example

King, I think they threw period specific out the window when the first space stuff came out for the Soldier, so this shouldn't really matter.
