I have handed control of all my mods over to "kaptain_kavern". I do have quite a few so updates may take some time before they come out.
Meepish 4 Oct, 2017 @ 3:09pm
has anyone remade this for a17?
"The" SeanMacLeod 12 Sep, 2017 @ 7:48pm
@Itchy Flea
I know it still works, but do you plan to update to A17 or A18 anytime at all?
WieldyRelic 10 Jun, 2017 @ 9:15pm
Yeah this mod looks awesome! but it needs to be updated :/
Tiger's Eye 27 May, 2017 @ 2:19pm
This mod was once a must have for me. Could you please update it to the newest version?

@Ricky, there is a link within the link provided that has some details about editing the xml's to make them compatible with A16. Basically it just needs the target version changed in the about file and masses added to each item. Otherwise, Thundercraft uploaded an A16 version of this mod on his ludeon forum page where he has tried to balance the mod for A16 by adding realistic masses for the tools. Here's the link to his ludeon page: https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=29371.msg296536#msg296536

I don't see anything about this mod in the link you gave us ItchyFlea.

Will this be updated to A16 or is it discontinued?
Itchy Flea  [author] 7 Jan, 2017 @ 10:26am
Please see this thread for unofficial updates to my mods: https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=10623

This mod is so good, it should be vanilla :steamhappy:
☾⎛sιтєʀ⎞☽ 27 Dec, 2016 @ 7:45pm
Oh, it does. What do you know? That's awesome. I thought it didn't work lol. I do get a red error message in the dev console but it doesn't seem to me that it means much. The tools work and they are craftable so that's all that matters. I would like to see this get updated some day though so it is bug free.
Zumurrud 27 Dec, 2016 @ 6:52am
This mod still works without problem on A16...on my environment.
☾⎛sιтєʀ⎞☽ 26 Dec, 2016 @ 9:31am
Aw, that sucks. Maybe someone else can pick this mod up and update it then?
Therium 25 Dec, 2016 @ 11:01pm
no it wont be updated the Auther in the past Refused to update it when it was A15 so dont hold ur breath and just un Subscribe from the mod. its sad but thats the way it is.
☾⎛sιтєʀ⎞☽ 25 Dec, 2016 @ 8:16pm
I'm hoping this will get an update because it's such a great mod. Tool belts make things much more convenient. :D
☾⎛sιтєʀ⎞☽ 20 Dec, 2016 @ 5:07pm
Is this A16 compatible/will it get an update? I love this mod.
mraadx 3 Nov, 2016 @ 7:09pm
could you make the toolbelt to have armor protection? the basic toolbelt maybe 25% and the advanced toolbelt at 65% with quality modifier. I want to protect my finger and toes.
danielthorr 5 Oct, 2016 @ 5:05pm
I've added a discussion thread which contains some very basic information to tweak the layers and body part groups. Thanks Itchy Flea, it's a great mod btw! :)
Itchy Flea  [author] 5 Oct, 2016 @ 2:07pm
I'm ok with updates being made and posted on the Ludeon Forums. However I won't give permission for updates to be posted on the Steam Workshop.

@danielthorr: Feel free to post instructions for making the change.
Therium 5 Oct, 2016 @ 6:01am
is there a reason u dont want to update the mod ? its a great mod and ppl need and want the update then somone offers to help u put the update on and u go Hell no is there any reason u dont want the update on ???.
danielthorr 5 Oct, 2016 @ 5:36am
If Itchy Flea is okay with it I could post a discussion with instructions on how to change the layer and body part that the belt is equipped on.
VegladeX 1 Oct, 2016 @ 6:45am
A guide on how to do it then? Anything? I really want to make that change but can't even find the mod file......
Itchy Flea  [author] 30 Sep, 2016 @ 11:46pm
@VegladeX: No he cannot. Nobody has permission to put my mods or modifications of my mods on the Steam workshop.
VegladeX 30 Sep, 2016 @ 1:33pm
@Setles Do you think you could put that patch on the workshop? I agree that that is a fantastic balance but am clueless at modding.
Setles 26 Sep, 2016 @ 4:44pm
Because the tool belts are on the hands, someone that has 2 bionic arms won't be able to use them. I changed your mod to put the toolbelt on the middle layer of the torso, that way you have to choose between an armor vest and the toolbelt, seems like a good balance to me.
Therium 25 Sep, 2016 @ 10:54pm
could u some how add to the mod that if a person is going to mine and if there is a pick in the Storage area he will go grab it first then when he is done puts it back into Storage.
fatburner 19 Sep, 2016 @ 1:02pm
Cool idea
FallenAngel 8 Sep, 2016 @ 6:09pm
love the mod... was wondering if you could add a wheelbarrel style item that can boost hauling amount or a scalpel that boost medical speed or quality?
Itchy Flea  [author] 28 Aug, 2016 @ 7:26pm
See the mod thread on the forums. Link in the comments below.
Kas 28 Aug, 2016 @ 7:06pm
Does this mod still work with .14? If no, is there anyway to download the old?
Itchy Flea  [author] 28 Aug, 2016 @ 6:16pm
Yes.
☾⎛sιтєʀ⎞☽ 28 Aug, 2016 @ 6:13pm
Is this getting an A15 update?
Sir Luis 20 Aug, 2016 @ 7:10pm
would be cool to see a combat varient of this for apparel type such as armor vest with built in light. an advanced armor vest that increase walk speed with light source on it with improvement to shooting skill "because advanced armor vest has aim assistance software."
andjca2000 14 Aug, 2016 @ 7:28am
Bionics, or work belt? quite the lategame kunundrum!
Would love to see this minor thing fixed at some point, unless your mod is made for early game use mainly, or for the pawns who hate/don't deserve bionics(craftable or not).
FreedomFighter 5 Aug, 2016 @ 10:07am
@Itchy Bionic arm seem to be lacking finger, so they can't equip those tools. Is it possible to update to be compatible with bionic arm? I like the global speed buff since it help with everythings.
*Toolbelt is equipable with at lease one natural arm. So having one natural with one bionic is ok.Unless their natural arm been shot off then they are out of luck.
[HARK] Mr. Viking 3 Aug, 2016 @ 9:40pm
@Itchy Thank you =D
Itchy Flea  [author] 3 Aug, 2016 @ 4:36pm
@Sekmeth: Mod should now be more compatible with FluffyTabs
[HARK] Mr. Viking 2 Aug, 2016 @ 9:21pm
@Itchy Thank you very much :)
Itchy Flea  [author] 2 Aug, 2016 @ 1:15pm
@Sekmeth: Yeah I can do that as it's a simple change on my end. Will do it after I get home from work.
[HARK] Mr. Viking 2 Aug, 2016 @ 1:01pm
@Itchy Flea Sorry, was just a screenshot from clip2net. Basically what it says is:

FluffyTabs :: No label was set for WorkGiverDef DoBillsMaketool please inform the author of Right Tool For The Job v1.15

The mods doesnt rbeak eachoter, it just makes it so you cant micromanage the job tasks from your job, i.e. set MakeTool to a high priority in crafting. Here is a lonk to his mod:

https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=725219116&searchtext=work

Its not a big deal, just wondered if it was possible and if you wanted to :)
Itchy Flea  [author] 2 Aug, 2016 @ 12:06pm
@Sekmeth: I don't click random links so can you describe what the problem is between all of my mods you've left this comment on and FluffyTabs?
[HARK] Mr. Viking 2 Aug, 2016 @ 9:11am
Hi. Would it be possible if you have time to make this mod more compatible with FluffyTabs? :)

Therax 27 Jul, 2016 @ 8:10am
I noticed that the toolbelt is placed on the 'Hands' 'on skin' layer. I'd suggest putting it instead at the 'Legs' 'shell' layer. This makes more sense, and prevents issues with bionics.
TNSEE 23 Jul, 2016 @ 1:25pm
Thanks Itchy. I had played with this mod for so long on the alphas. When I played without it on this steam version I thought something was broken with the game >.<
Itchy Flea  [author] 18 Jul, 2016 @ 4:53am
I'll look into that bug in the next few days when I'll hopefully have some free time.
