[*]Needs someone who can bake, unwrap and texture
[*]Needs someone who is willing to adjust attachment bones and go through the process of re-doing all delta sequences to accomodate a single attachment

Make a new model featuring a quad rail

Not possible sorry, the way top mounted stuff works in this game is via rotation of the PEQ box. To put the PEQ on top for the M16 and M4 means rotating the box anti-clockwise about the RIS. Since the Mk 18's PEQ is on the bottom, it means it'll be on the right instead.
The only sure way of doing it is to shift attachment points, and tjat requires a small level of reanimation I'm not capable of. It's only worth it if you're making a model replacement.
since what's availible for top mounted, only works for m4 and m16, and not the mk18 on other submissions :P
Check out SethSamson's workshop. Same model, but 2 different positions. This compile is to avoid making the laser magically float on top of the UMP45 or clip into the Mk 14.
